Vision

Our goal is to create a Cohousing Community in the Santa Cruz area consisting of 16-34 private homes, in a clustered design to allow for open space and with shared community resources, such as a common house and children’s play area. It is our intention to be at least first floor wheelchair accessible in each home, with some homes completely accessible. We expect most homes will be market rate, with as many affordable homes as possible. We intend to create a community that supports community life with shared meals, diversity, learning and cultural expression, social justice and ecologically sustainable living.
