Mission Statement of Santa Cruz CoHousing
Our goal is to establish housing consisting of private residences and shared community space. This housing will be affordable, ecologically sustainable, and physically designed to foster social interaction. We intend to create a diverse, multigenerational community that values shared resources, group activities, participatory decision making, and a child-friendly environment.
